Sant Climent

Sant Climent is a traditional and friendly small village, close to the airport and the bustling capital city of Mahon. Surrounded by rural countryside and farm houses, most daily activity centres on the pretty palm-fringed square, and immediately opposite, a bar where there are weekly jazz sessions. Whilst here, make sure you take a short walk through Sant Climent's charming narrow streets to discover several little treasures apart from the bank, bakers, butchers and small supermarket. Tucked away behind the church square is a small artisan cheese shop, producing mouthwatering cheeses. An English-grub pub, an excellent gourmet restaurant, chemists, ironmongers and several small local shops can also be found, and the nearest beaches are found at Es Canutells or Cala'n Porter, which are between six and eight kilometres away.
